David was the agent who sold our Village Homes house. What I liked best about David was that he took care of problems before I had a chance to get myself worked up over them. Things tend to crop up during the sale of a house that can drive a person nuts. While I was always aware that there were these little nuts and bolts rolling around in the gears trying to bring the sale to a crashing halt, he made them go away before I got a chance to fret and fume.
